This is a field based role reporting into the Head of HR that requires the delivery of a full generalist remit. The operational accountabilities will include the support of line managers in a multi site environment and the ER, recruitment and related project issues that will arise. As the fist line of contact for the given region this role will require excellent relationship building skills along side a clear understanding of the business needs.
You will be CIPD qualified or higher with prior experience in a multi site or regional role. Due to the nature of the fast paced industry you will be able to demonstrate a high level of organisational skills together with the ability to work in an autonomous fashion. This is a role for someone who is passionate about HR and is driven by results, as this will be an integral part of the development of the business.
