As part of their commitment to identify fresh HR talent to operate as change agents across the business our client are looking to secure a business focused HR Business Partner capable of influencing high calibre stakeholders at varying levelsacross a complexbusiness.
The ideal candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering practical yet innovative HR solutions to a demanding customer base. You will also be a strong generalist with true HR Business Partnering skills as you will pushed hard in a demanding environment were you are expected to work autonomously and contribute to the wider HR issues affecting the business. Strategic thinkers, comfortable with day to day operational HR work
CIPD qualified or equivalent
