Job Description
Working for a local employer of choice you will be an experienced HR professional keen to take on a challenging HR Business Partner role which will be targeted on supporting the customer service team. Commercially focused in its outlook you will possess good interpersonal skills and will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of HR delivery at both Strategic and Operational level.
As a pivotal member of the HR team you will possess strong strong management skills and be comfortable with managing complex stakeholders within a global business.
Other responsibilities include:
Innovate and review current Learning / Training practices
Review and improve resourcing strategy
Coaching and mentoring of managers
Build and manage relationships with business leaders, HR colleagues and Trade Unions
CIPD qualified
Previous experience of working within a senior management team
Strong generalist HR knowledge
Global business services provider with a large regional presence.
Up to £35,000 + bonus + Final salary pension
