Job Title: HR Manager Salary: c£35,000 c£40,000 + Bens Location: Bristol, South West Ref: 14578/NH The Background A HR Manager arisen within a leading manufacturing and engineering organisation following the recent HR organisation restructure, which presents some excellent and exciting career development opportunities. The Role Currently recruiting for a number of HR Managers to be responsible for the effective delivery of a HR service to meet business needs and organisational transformation requirements. Reporting to the Head of HR your main responsibilities will be: · To manage the provision of the HR service to the business · Identify and deploy HR solutions effectively within the business · Project manage key HR projects/activities as required · Ensure that the HR integration activities with client managers, local trade union reps and HR colleagues · Ensure that the HR integration activities work effectively the with service delivery and solutions areas to ensure a seamless service to the business · Build relationships with senior stakeholders, customers and suppliers · Actively promoting best practice within the company, to add value to the organisation and the HR service it provides. The Person An experienced and progressive HR professional who has proven experience of operating within a complex, unionised business ideally within a HR shared service environment. Of graduate calibre possessing a strong knowledge of change management, project management and employee relations youll have proven experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders, customers and suppliers.
