Niche luxury retailer need an HR Manager for a maternity cover starting October 2008. This is a generalist role managing a small team reporting into the HR Director. Looking after a client group of approximately 300 people based in the UK and Ireland, initially your time will be spent implementing process and procedures, updating employee information into new HR system, policy writing and educating line managers in ER. Your CV must demonstrate that you are an experienced HR generalist who has managed a small team previously and are capable of working autonomously. Possession of HR qualifications are ideal and previously experience of working in a retail environment would be advantageous.
