A Human Resources Manager is needed for this forward thinking organisation in the Midlands. This company has a highly progressive view of HR and what HR can add to the business and the bottom line. As the HR Manager you will work directly with an employee population and be focused on their development and identifying and retaining the internal talent.
Key responsibilities:
• Drive the design of employee relations strategies with functional client groups
• Lead the people aspects of business change transfers and give sound technical advice
• Work with leaders to build on the business agenda and shape organisational design
• Power a succession planning agenda using creative methods that match company needs
• Build the capability of the HR team and client groups through coaching, proactive performance management and feedback
The right candidate for this role will also have a tough character and be able to effectively influence and persuade senior managers. You should also have a proven track record in problem solving and a flexible approach to human resources, enabling and assisting the business to achieve it's aims rather than putting up barriers.
