Job Description
Assistant HR manager, Surrey based, for a not-for profit organisation going through a period of change. Reporting into an HR manager you will be responsible for providing a senior presence to the business in all HR matters.
You will provide day-today advice on HR policies and procedures helping to develop and refine the existing models to provide as good a service as possible. Providing benchmarking services, responding to legal changes, and ensuring the effective use and set up of HRIS systems will fall under your remit. There will also be some change projects for you to get involved with due to a merger within the business.
It is essential that you have a full driving licence and access to a car as this is a multi-site role. Ideally you will be fully CIPD Qualified.
