Key Responsibilities
Serve as senior member of total rewards for the region.
Aligns, implements, and executes total rewards programs for the region as directed by the Global Total Rewards Director.
Completes market analysis and survey input for the region's various countries/markets and maintains information on local trends regarding benefits programs, base salaries, variable pay (sales and non-sales) and stock option programs.
Maintains a working knowledge of legislation that may affect total rewards policies. Consults with local/regional management regarding the application of sound total rewards principles and practices. Oversees compliance with legal requirements associated with total rewards.
Provides coaching to management regarding employee compensation, and conducts research and formation of proposals for management review. Analyses career paths and job families to ensure compensation is in appropriate alignment.
Develops and delivers total rewards related training to management and HR. Communicates total rewards policies, practices and guidelines to employees and managers.
Monitors application of total rewards programs and metrics to ensure conformance to corporate strategies, policies and guidelines; and to ensure their cost-effectiveness.
