Human Resources Manager required. You will report directly into the Head of HR and be based in Coventry but take responsibility for the West and Wales region, which consists of nearly 160 branches and 2,000 employees. You will work closely with the Regional Director to drive forward the people agenda. You will be actively involved in everything from supporting significant selection activity and organisation design through to contributing to companywide projects. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified with proven demonstrable generalist HR experience gained within a multi site environment. You will have fantastic relationship building skills and the ability to communication effectively with employees and managers at all levels. Resilient and confident, you will be competent technically and have a genuine passion for HR. My client is the world's leading supplier of building materials.
