An interim HR Manager is required to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months at this dynamic and forward thinking Warwick based organisation. You will support the commercial functions within the business and take responsibility for providing support and guidance to Senior Managers on all aspects of employee relations. You will also contribute to strategic elements of HR, taking an active involvement in adhoc projects as and when they arise. You will have proven demonstrable experience of working at HR Manager level with prior responsibility for HR staff. You will also have experience of working at a strategic level with excellent project management skills. It is imperative that your employment law knowledge is in-depth and up to date, acting as an expert for all ER related matters. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels are also essential requirements for this role. My client is a leading supplier of medical equipment to the health industry and are conveniently located in the heart of Warwickshire.Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based HR experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
