My client is a continuously growing Luxury retail brand with its flagship store in the heart of London’s west end. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solid generalist to join the team of this exciting and well know retail chain.
You will report to the HR Director and will play an integral part in developing and implementing the HR strategy in line with business objectives. You will use your HR expertise to advise line managers and coach them through issues pertaining to employee relations, compensation and benefits, resourcing and talent management and learning and development.
Ideally the successful candidate will possess the CIPD qualification or equivalent. More importantly you should be forward-thinking and consultative in approach and possess solid generalist HR knowledge. Strong experience of high volume ER and previous Retail sector exposure is also essential.
