With a market capitalisation in excess of 6bn CHF, the organisation is highly profitable and poised for significant growth. They are looking to recruit a HR Manager.

With the products' launches to come, we need a commercially aware Human Resources Manager to drive the next stage of our expansion by identifying, engaging, developing and retaining talented people.

As a member of the UK Leadership Team, and reporting to the Managing Director, you will strengthen the high performance culture and lead the development of our HR Operations fostering a collaborative employee experience. You will also build leadership capability, promote cross functional development and embed our succession plans.

To excel, you will need to have developed and delivered HR operations in a commercial environment as a generalist HR Manager. Technically strong, you will build robust relationships and credibility with line managers, and in return have the opportunity to make a tangible impression in the maturation of our UK business.
