Our client is a FTSE 250 specialist retail business that have a position arise for Senior Human Resources Manager. This is a great opportunity for a professional and experienced HR Manager to join one of the UKs largest independent retail chains. Employing over 10,000 staff this really is an opportunity to work within a nationally recognised brand. The role: Reporting into the HR Director, the successful Senior HR Manager will provide leadership and expertise on a varying range of HR issues, from change management, employee relations and reviewing strategic / operational impact of these on the business. Ideally you will have experience in: TUPE transfers Employee Relations Disciplinaries & Grievances, Absence Management Change Management Organisational Development Development & Implementation of Strategic & Operational Policies / Procedures Succession Planning In return our client are offering up to £50,000 plus a fully expensed company car.
