Job Description

Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will undertake a National role, supporting sites across the country. They will ideally live in the Midlands to enable easy access of all the key sites. They will work on a range of Generalist HR activities including:
Coaching line managers and their teams to achieve high levels of service and sales
Managing relationships with the Unions
TUPE transfers as accounts are won and lost
Employee relations matters including Disciplinaries, Grievances and Tribunals
Recruitment at a Management level, and supporting with hot spot recruitment The successful candidate
Will be a driven and passionate HR professional
Ideally be fully CIPD qualified or working towards this
Have the ability to build and maintain working relationships with key managers across the business
Have experience of dealing with unionised organisations
Have dealt with TUPE process and consultation
