HR Change Project Manager required for a 6 month contract. The role will involve two key areas, these being Change Management and Organisational Design. My client are looking for someone to start immediately and stay here until January 2009. My client are restructuring their business and need a strong communicator to project manage this from a HR view. The ideal candidate will have done a large volume of project work in previous roles, this will include Change Management and Organisation Design. The HR Change Manager will be able to influence colleagues at all levels and communicate such changes across this European business. You will be experience in rolling out systems and processes in a very important time for the business. A European Business who have been trading for the last 40 years, and top of their market. Based In Birmingham and accessible to the Motorway.
