This is a superb opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a small Legal firm based in Wolverhampton in order to set up their Human Resources function. You will be responsible for harmonising the terms and conditions of the firm after a recent acquisition of another organisation, along with writing new policies and procedures.Your role will be both operational in nature, responding to the day today HR queries and strategic, setting and implementing the HR strategy.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Manager, ideally from a Legal or Professional Services background. You will hold the full Human Resources qualification and will have experience working autonomously in a role.
My client is a Legal services firm based in Wolverhampton.
Salary up to £40,000 + benefits.
