Job Description
This role is a superb opportunity for an experienced HR Manager and Team Leader to join a well established Public Sector organisation, heading up their Human Resources team. The team consists of several HR Advisors, Recruitment Officer and Training Advisors. Your role will be mainly operational in nature and will involve providing a professional HR service to Managers. Accountabilities include:
Employee Relations advice - handling disciplinaries and grievances
Recruitment - overseeing the Recruitment Advisors and interviewing Senior candidates
Training & Development - responsible for the deliver of training throughout the organisation
Team Management - Supporting and developing the HR team
Employment Law - giving advice to Managers and employees.
HR Project work - ad hoc
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified HR Manager who can easily commute to Coventry. You will have experience of managing a small Human Resources team and will be an excellent HR Generalist. You must be able to lead a team and have the ability to work with Senior Managers within the organisation.
My client is a Public Sector organisation based in Coventry.
Salary £25,000 - £34,000 depending on experience.
