Job Description
My public sector client is currently seeking an interim HR advisor to complete a 6-month contract through an exceedingly busy time within the PCT. They have recently gone through a restructure, which has taken the HR Manager away from the day to day duties in the department. This is where you step in!
You will provide advice and guidance to line managers throughout the business on disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management. You will have a fully rounded generalist skill set in which you are confident and can be given autonomy. You will provide advice on recruitment, assisting in the development of people and job specifications.
In return you will work within a forward thinking, challenging environment in one of the biggest users of HR professionals in the country, the NHS. What more you will get paid! Circa £30K
