Interim HR Manager required to report into the Head of HR. You will be covering a HR Manager on maternity leave with a potential for this role to go permanent in the future. You will be responsible for looking after the HR function on a strategic level dealing with change management in a complex environment. You will be part of the senior management team. You will preferably be immediately available to cover this maternity leave. You will have a proven background with change management and used to dealing with executive levels. You will be looking after a head office function. You will be driven and have experience of leadership management. My client is a well known household name throughout the UK and they have various sites around the West Midlands and offer an excellent benefits scheme.
