Job Description

I am representing a client in the Coventry area who are looking for an Interim HR Manager to start as soon as possible. The role itself will require someone with a large amount of experience in Redundancies and Employee Relations. Ideally the person will have worked in the Automotive or the Manufacturing industry. While it is desirable that they hold a CIPD or relevant HR qualification it is not compulsory. At the first instance the contract will be for 3 months with a possibility of extension, and requires a person who can work autonomously and hit the ground running.
