Job Description

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity that will allow the chosen candidate to work closely with site managers and to operate on a strategic level when needed. You will be covering the Midland area, travelling upto the NorthWest when needed i.e. Manchester and Liverpool. The role: Responsible for 6 senior HR Advisors, ensuring they are constantly being developed and functioning appropriately. You will be contributing to the overall HR strategy in conjunction with senior operational managers. Ensuring Employment Law is up to date and implementing changes to policies and procedures. Support senior management recruitment issues and liasing with agencies when needed. The person: Good knowledge of Employment law, project management experience, implementing policies and procedures and organisational change. £45,000 + benefits
