HR Manager: Human Resources
£40,000 to£45,000 plus Car, Pension and Healthcare
Based in Wolverhampton
Ellis Fairbank HR team are looking for a HR Manager to joining their client, a real time organisation based in Wolverhampton.
Reporting to the General Manager with a dotted line to the European HR Director, you will be responsible for managing all HR related business for the UK side of the organisation and implementing HR strategy around the overall UK business strategy.
You will be a strong all round Generalist who is able to get involved and engaged with the people of the business. You will implement Change initiatives, break down barriers and help build the culture and brand through effective people management, vision and values.
This is a new and challenging role in a fast and progressive business with great scope for development.
