A large distribution company in Swindon are looking to recruit an experienced HR professional to manage and develop the Company's Human Resources function, to ensure that appropriate HR strategy and Operational HR delivery is achieved across the business. You will be responsible for ensuring that methods of resourcing, recruitment & retention, reward, pay & benefits, training & development, and employee relations are sourced and provided to meet the requirements of both statutory & business requirements, ensuring both cost effective & compliant outcomes are achieved. You will work proactively in partnership with recognised bodies in order to secure the smooth running operations, with a particular focus on our existing Union partners. The role proactively supports the Company's Senior Management Team in the decision making process.
