We are looking for an experienced generalist HR Manager with vast exposure to change to assist during the start up phase of a shared service centre. You will lead and manage the people readiness teams so that people, processes and systems are effectively transitioned and that the Service Centre staff and prospective staff are offered a VIP experience throughout the recruitment, selection, induction and training processes.
This project is to start as soon as possible for a period of up to 12 months.
