Job Description

My client is a leading utilities supplier based in West Yorkshire. They are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The role will entail a Generalist focus with emphasis on project based work. The current major project is the implementation of a new HR and Payroll System, which will include preparing the data and communicating the change to the staff and managers. There will be a strategic element including maintaining the Company Policy and Procedures. Strong experience of Employee Relations is a must, as is leading Discipline and Grievance investigations and liasing with occupational health. In order to be successful in this role, you will be CIPD qualified and a previous placement within a Unionised environment will also be an advantage.
