Our client are a private sector organisation with strong links in the public sector who are have a position which has arisen for a HR Manager.
Based from their offices in York you will be expected to be able to facilitate a comprehensive and efficient HR service and support. Responsibilities include:
Provide advice and support to junior members of staff and Senior Managers.
Disciplinaries & Grievances.
Absence Management.
Recruitment from start to finish.
Establish what the business needs are.
Development and implement Policies and Procedures to help move the business forward and support employees with the aid of the Head of HR and HR Managers.
Commitment to employee involvement
Ideally applicants will be CIPD accredited or part qualified. A solid grounding and experience of working at a HR Officer or Advisor level. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation the really is moving from strength to strength.
In return our client are offering a salary of up to £25,000 plus additional benefits package.
