This York based manufacturing plant is looking for a HR Manager to give additional support to the HR Department. Working alongside the Senior Management Team and with line-management responsibility, you will oversee the smooth running of the department. Main duties include: Being the main point of contact for all HR related enquiries throughout the business. Overseeing the Recruitment and Selection Cycle, upto Management level and attracting candidates using a variety of different mediums Updating and Implementing Policy & Procedure Strategic management of the Training & Development department. Previous experience within a similar industry sector and CIPD qualification and are vital.
