Due to phenomenal growth, my client, a leading manufacturing company with sites throughout Europe, are looking to employ a Human Resources Manager to support their HR function based in York.
Your role will involve the full Generalist skill set, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Policies & Procedures and Learning & Development throughout the four main departments of the business, totalling 1,500 employees.
To become successful in this role, you will be CIPD qualified, or part qualified and ideally have previous experience within the manufacturing industry.
Salary: £28,000-£32,000, 24 days holiday, contributory pension, healthcare, childcare vouchers.
