My successful Public sector client is looking to expand its HR function, and are looking to appoint an Interim Human Resources Manager. A successful candidate will be expected to obtain: Extensive knowledge of employment law CIPD/equivalent At least 3 years experience at HR Advisor level Have a HR Generalist skill set Once a candidate has been appointed there general day to day duties will include: Give support on all HR issues Provide advice and guidance on disciplinaries, grievances and absence management. Work closely with recruitment team Implement agenda for change through continuously developing strategies Rate: Competitive.
