My client is looking to appoint a Human Resources Manager to cover the distribution sites in their Northern and Southern Regions. Responsible for a group of distribution centers in your region you will work closely with the senior management team, building relationships to help identify business needs in order to improve processes. Providing both operational and strategic support to the business you will report to the Head of Logistics. This is a regional role and will require high volumes of travel. The successful candidate will have gained previous experience working within a manufacturing or distribution/warehouse environment within a multi site role. A proactive HR professional you will have experience of working in a heavily unionised environment and have the ability to influence senior management whilst driving change. You will be commercially aware and have the dedication required to drive change throughout the business.
