Job Description

My client is a luxury hotel based in Yorkshire. The company prides themselves on luxury and precision to detail, with sophisticated accommodation and fine dining. The position available is HR manager reporting directly to the Operations Director. The role is varied and will include all aspects of a true HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with experience with in the Hotel / Leisure industry. Travel may be involved within the role and therefore you would need to be flexible. At present the role is a stand alone role, but as the chain develops will lead to managing a team.
