Job Description

One of the World's leading Investment Banks seeks a HRIS Analyst / Business Analyst to provide full support to one of the most successful divisions of the bank

The role

  • Executive reporting, scheduled reporting and ad-hoc, bespoke reporting
  • Undertake analysis and commentary on data to offer an insight to all internal stakeholders
  • HRMI project work - both long and short term solutions and upgrades.
  • Client relationship management with clients; both business leaders and HR community

The Candidate

  • Experience of working in a client focused HRMI role is a MUST
  • Expert user of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Look ups & Functions) as well as HR Systems
  • You will be a credible and confident communicator and have the ability to build strong relationships with the most senior stakeholders within an Investment Banking environment
