French speaking Learning and Development Manager, Geneva, Switzerland, Financial Services A global Financial Services organization is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join their team in Geneva on a permanent basis. Reporting into the VP Leadership, Learning and Development in London, your responsibilities will include: Being the primary point of contact for the Geneva platform business areas and support the global L&D team in developing the product capabilities across the company; Working as part of the L&D team, business area / function to diagnose, analyse, prioritise, source and evaluate their development needs and related solutions alongside your L&D colleagues; Being an advisor, both to management and HR colleagues, on all aspects of people development, training and performance improvement. The successful candidate will: Have a background in Learning and Development, ideally within a Financial Services organization; Speak fluent French and English; Be able to relocate to Geneva.
