Based out of the operational centre in Manchester the function incorporates payroll, pensions, recruitment, systems, admin and records. We are looking for a qualified individual who can demonstrate they have managed a successful HR operations team and function. You will be CIPD qualified have and built a successful track record in developing human resources strategy, teams and delivering a wide range of people strategies.
