HR Systems Manager - London

Our client is a highly reputable law firm who currently require an experienced HR System expert to manage all aspects of their global HR systems. This will include specifying, developing and implementing a new HR system, as well as the on-going management and maintenance of the existing system, including data integrity, training and the production of reports. Whilst leading discussion on future HR systems strategy with the HR Director, you will contribute to HR information systems projects and develop and maintain workflow solutions. Acting as the first point of contact for the firm's HR information systems, you will also be fully accountable for global people data maintenance. The successful candidate for this challenging and high profile position will require previous experience in the HR systems area, and ideally within professional services or a blue chip organisation. Previous SAP knowledge would be advantageous, however it will be essential to have excellent project management skills and a commercial and analytical approach will be essential.
