The Background
A market leading technology-outsourcing organisation with a reputable global network, is currently seeking to recruit a HR Systems Project Manager to lead on the implementation of cutting edge HR software. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing brand, quickly becoming a front-runner within their particular market area.
The Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Programme Manager, with responsibility of a team of Business Analysts, you will take ownership of multiple implementation projects of the organisations own HR Software. Managing client relationships at executive level and working closely with the SME, you will take a senior lead on needs, gap and business analysis to understand the overall requirements of the client, you will then oversee development processes, ensuring that the product aligns with what was agreed with the client and then overseeing and managing the implementation, end user training and hand over stages.
The Professional
You will be an experienced HR Systems and Software Project Manager with a client facing and relationship management background. You will have excellent communication skills to manage client relationships, combined with the ability to negotiate and push back. You will be an excellent people manager with the ability to set targets and delegate within a project-focussed environment. Ideally PRINCE2 certified, you will have a proven track record in HR Systems project delivery.
