Are you a consultant with HCM software implementation experience? Can you manage projects, adhering to agreed timescales and service level agreements? Have you worked on Talent Management or Recruitment software?

The Background

International HCM software outsource organisation with one of the most reputable products on the market, is currently developing their domestic and international implementation teams and as such, are seeking to recruit an experienced implementation consultant. This is a field-based role and may require some international travel.

The Responsibilities

Working within an implementation of c8 and acting within a client facing capacity, you will lead the entire functional life cycle of implementation of the organisations suite of HCM products, including HR, eRecruitment and Talent Management modules. Working in partnership with the client, you will take overall responsibility for business analysis, including requirements gathering and specification design. You will oversee and advise during development and testing maintaining communication with the client and ensuring that the product meets the agreed requirements. You will lead on the implementation and support on all 'bedding in' issues.

You may also be required to support on other issues outside of the typical life cycle on processes such as pre-sales and product management.

The Professional

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR, eRecruitment or HCM software implementation professional with the skills to cope with high volume change projects. You will have a passion for client facing system issues and have the skills and experience to advise on implementation processes and procedures as well as leading and taking ownership of issues and responsibilities. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with the adaptability to work within different working environments and you must possess excellent customer service skills and be willing to travel, as UK client visits and international travel will be required.
