Director of Learning & Development
Based in Prague or Poland
£80,000 - £100,000 + benefits
Our client is a major player in the international professional services and management consultancy field are recruiting a Director of Learning and Development with a strong focus on Talent Management to be based in their Prague or Poland Office.
If you're looking for a role that is fast-paced, varied and challenging … look no further. Championing change and winning hearts and minds is no easy task. As head of Learning and Development you will be responsible for promoting L and D throughout the business. Key accountabilities will include driving talent management and succession planning, reviewing the current L and D offerings, and embedding a learning management system.
As part of a newly created team, you will raise leadership capability through the design and delivery of training interventions across the group. Part of your role includes assessing capability and addressing those issues through the design and delivery of bespoke learning initiatives, 1:1 coaching and mentoring and management development programmes. You will be required to network across the group to ensure consistency and contribute to the overall L&D strategy.
You will be at the cutting edge of instrumental change in the business and your role will work hand-in-hand with the succession planning and talent management requirements of the business.
You will have a sound knowledge of training methodologies with experience of designing and delivering a wide range of T&D initiatives. The ideal candidate will be commercial, high energy and have experience in a partnership environment.
