Head of Learning and Development/ Organisational Development An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of L&D/OD to join this international technology company based in Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have broad and deep specialist experience in creating high performing organisations, leaders, managers and teams. With a successful track record of international experience, leading and managing L&D departments/projects, and in consulting with clients in the UK, Europe and Asia on addressing OD challenges. Partnering a diverse portfolio of client groups, the roles requires an individual with the following experience: Formulate new strategic direction for L&D, raising profile and implementing framework and policies to provide operating structure in support of this Manage and develop L&D curriculum, ensuring that it supports the business objectives and provide high quality experience for the learner Manage the delivery, quality and costs associated with provision of L&D curriculum and other development initiatives/programmes Deliver business-led leadership, managerial and personal effectiveness skills training & development interventions/programmes/solutions Project manage various L&D/OD projects to diagnose, design and deliver tailored solutions to meet agreed business requirements (UK, Europe, NE/ME) Design, develop and led roll-out of EMEA-wide project to develop leadership/management skills, knowledge, applied capability & competence Drive the creation of high-performance workplaces and high performance cultures through managing business-led OD culture transformation projects Assess an organisation's talent capability/potential against the key business objectives/requirements and implemented new talent mgt strategy/approach Implementation of an L&D corporate University' Facilitated business-led strategic analysis / development projects Key skills required are: A senior Learning and Development professional with previous international experience Robust, a good influencer, strong leadership skills. You will be able to work both tactically and strategically in a fast paced and immediate' environment. Depth of experience to contribute strategically and take accountability.
