Our client, a leading professional services organisation, are growing extensively in Eastern Europe and therefore looking to expand their Learning and Development Team. This role can be based in either Prague, Budapest or Warsaw.
Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, your role as head of Management Development, you will be responsible for the following:
Develop and run ‘transitional/milestone' programmes – not events for all staff at key points of their career progression
Ensure milestone programmes integrate with the Business and Technical skills to form an overall learning experience (identified through Individual learning plans in the LMA)
Ensure there is a regionally consistent and appropriate balance between technical and business skills programmes and competency development and we are aligned with the global learning framework
Develop and introduce a team based learning approach
Ensure all learning is demand based and just in time
Shift the focus from classroom learning to on-the-job coaching/learning. (phone number removed) on the job, coaching/mentoring and classroom)
Select and develop a cadre of Partners and Directors as effective facilitators, coaches and developers of people who are recognised as delivering great value to the firm
Our client is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist who has international experience within Eastern Europe with extensive programme design and delivery, team-based development, good knowledge of E-learning and very strong facilitation skills.
