Our client, one of Europe's leading professional services firms are looking for a Senior International Assignments Manager to join their Regional Global Mobility team in Russia. With an outstanding International reputation for their value service to clients, their investment in their people, this firm is an exceptional employer. With a fee revenue in excess of $550m in this division and a total staff population of around 6000 in 24 countries, this is the largest territory with over 2000 people. The role of the Senior International Assignments Manager will be to manage the mobility, international assignments and secondment activities in Russia. This is a highly strategic role although requires a hands-on manager with proven operational experience. The skills required for this role include previous high volume mobility preferably within an Eastern European territory and development of polices and procedures for the mobility process. This role is suitable for a Senior International Assignments Manager with Pan-European knowledge and experience who is available on an permanent basis to relocate to Russia.
