Learning and Development Manager This is an amazing opportunity to join one of the largest Blue Chip Retailers in the UK as Learning and Development Manager, in their exciting head office in the North West. This role is working as the Head of Learning and Development for this company reporting to the HR Director you will be fully responsible for the L&D strategy for this fast paced and growing business. The candidate will be line managing a team and will be working with key stakeholders ensuring that L&D is firmly on the agenda. The candidate will be working within a retail, hospitality or leisure environment and be the head of L&D function currently. You will be hugely credible and able to influence at a senior level. The salary for this role is up to £60,000 + Car Allowance and an excellent benefits package. The candidate will have direct access at board level and will give the ideal candidate a fantastic opportunity to develop themselves.
