A highly successful multi national manufacturing organisation is currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager to provide leadership, strategic direction and expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity for an L&D professional who possess' a real energy, determination and enthusiasm to develop a leading edge L&D function, by adopting a ‘hands on' approach to inspire and enthuse others.
As L&D Manager you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain a L&D strategy, by interpreting the business needs and establishing cost effective solutions. You will also Analyse the existing management development programmes in line with current and future business needs.
You will be bright and enthusiastic and capable of working in a decentralised environment. You will have had success in analysing training needs within the business and putting in place a wide range of training interventions. You will have operational L&D experience with an emphasis on management development. Ideally CIPD qualified with some manufacturing experience.
