TALENT MANAGER, BIRMINGHAM/BRISTOL/LONDON/MANCHESTER/LIVERPOOL/LEEDS, £45,000 to £50,000 plus Car and benefits
Our client a successful and expanding professional service provider ranging from construction to the public sector are looking for Talent Managers to take on a UK wide focus.
You’ll coordinate the talent management programme across one or more of our business streams. It’s a high-profile role that’ll see you engaging with key stakeholders across a diverse range of projects. Whether you’re managing the company sourcing strategies, spearheading their development programme, or rolling out their new capability centres, you’ll play a pivotal role in the company's future.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage the programme to define talent requirements
• Support the Talent Communication strategy
• Manage the sourcing of Talent
• Manage the Capability Centres implementation
• Manage Talent Development and Retention
• Manage the ROI process for Talent Management
As a talent manager you will be responsible for supporting, managing and implementing the Talent Management agenda across all business streams. You must be CIPD qualified or equivalent, have previous successes in talent management, coupled with experience and understanding of recruitment and learning & development.
