My client is looking to recruit a high calibre Learning Advisor into their rapidly expanding technology business. Opportunities for travel, and challenges are guaranteed! You will be supporting the Global Learning Team Priorities particularly focussing on working with Global groups to understand, design/refine & deliver the Regional and Functional learning programs covering areas including Business Skills, Management/Talent Development and Sales & Marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
•Provide consulting services to internal clients in the planning and delivery of learning
•Conduct needs assessments to identify, assess and define learning needs of internal client population. This will include areas such as Business Skills, Management Development and Sales & Marketing.
•Recommend appropriate solutions to address current and emerging learning needs.
•Deliver and facilitate a broad variety of learning interventions within a regional area or amidst one or more business units.
•Work with Global teams to support and implement key global programs in the region.
•Manage all training activities within specified area of responsibility including planning, scheduling, delivery and train-the-trainer development.
•Manage programs and projects to ensure timely delivery of instructional products that are within budget and at the highest possible level of quality.
•Support learning optimization within assigned area to ensure that learning is relevant, scheduled appropriately, and has its best impact.
•Be a key contact for L&D in EMEA, maintaining contact with all EMEA offices to deliver bespoke in house training courses and external courses where appropriate.
•Support the Team in implementing new Programmes and in management of existing programmes.
•Manage third parties where appropriate to deliver training and maintaining day-to-day contact and relationships with vendors
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
•Significant experience delivering and/or designing a broad range of learning interventions in a demanding fast paced organisation
•Learning project management experience and management of partners and internal resources
•Demonstrated ability to schedule tasks, mitigates risks, and accomplishes project work with minimal supervision
•Ability to carry out Learning Needs analysis, Design, Develop, Deliver and Evaluate Training Programs
•Human Resources or Training and Development Qualification, Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or comparable is highly desirable.
•Degree level Education
•Aware of current trends in learning and development
•Comfortable dealing with senior managers
•Ability to innovate and utilize technology to deliver results
