A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this Birmingham based organisation as the Management Development Manager, up to £45k.
Reporting into the Group Talent Manager, the role has responsibility for leading the design and delivery of the Management Development activities across the group of companies, ensuring full alignment with HR and business plans.
Key Responsibilities include -
- Embedding the new competency model for high potentials
- Supporting the talent review and succession activities
- Supporting the development of a Performance Management tool
- Identifying development needs across the management and leadership population
- Identifying and building relationships with external training providers
- Assisting with the design and delivery of development centres.
As an experienced Management Development professional, you will have designed, delivered and sourced training solutions and learning events on an International basis across a large, multi-site organisation. You will have a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and the ability to identify capability gaps on an organisation-wide basis.
