A leading consultancy is seeking a Coaching, Learning & Development Advisor to play a key part in the delivery of the Firms strategic learning and development plans.
Key responsibilities:
- consulting with people objectives to identify learning and development needs
- delivering a full range of management development programmes
- evaluating L&D programmes
- experience of e-learning
- contributing to the effective delivery of study support programmes for professional qualifications
Ideally you will be educated to degree level and CIPD would be an advantage. Significant learning and development knowledge through practical in house experience is essential. Additionally, you will need exposure to development and implementation of talent management initiatives and proven facilitation background in design, delivery and evaluation of programmes.
