Our client, a major luxury retail group is seeking to appoint a Management Development Consultant on a part time basis (approximately 3 days per week) based at their corporate Head Office in Central London.
In this role you will be responsible for running the management development programme for their management fast-track including
•Work with business leaders to match the programme to commercial needs
•Promote the programme to potential candidates and line managers to ensure the highest calibre of applicants
•Work with line managers to arrange high quality work placements that best support participant's development
•Schedule and organise formal training modules including delivering some sessions for both internal and graduate trainees
•Help trainees identify a suitable work based project and supervise final presentation
•Act as coach and mentor on a one to one basis so that trainees are supported and gain maximum benefit from the programme
•Meet with trainees' managers to clarify their role and trainees' development needs
In addition you will be responsible for delivering specific management development modules to support the business goals and providing support for designated directorate areas through consultancy.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in the learning and management development fields with strong presentation skills and be educated to a degree level or equivalent.
