An outsourcing training provider with a modern outlook on training and development are currently looking for a training and development manager.
With your commercial awareness and credible approach you will be working as the lead trainer/coach within a large base of the organisations team of coaches. Your main function will be to manage the continuous development & Quality of the coaches and maintain their motivation and skill sets to ensure continued satisfaction of the client base.
You will manage recruitment for new coaches, run inductions for new starters and manage the review process for all coaches. You will also implement development plans to address skill gaps and partner the right coaches skill sets with the right clients.
In this varied and challenging role you will also be out in the field delivering to numerous corporate clients to effectively understand the criteria of being a successful coach. This role has a heavy emphasis on stand up delivery and will need someone passionate about this area of learning and development. You will also have involvement in budgeting, training strategies and managing coaches.
To be successful in this role you will have had a successful past in L&D and ideally have experience training the trainer. You will need to be degree qualified and have strong leadership and a commercial focuses approach.
