Job Description

My client is a leading and well known global organisation, who are currently recruiting for a Group L&D Manager.

You will be a highly motivated individual with a 'can do' attitude. Commercially aware with exposure to working at both an operational and strategic level. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of group wide learning & development programmes, resources and tools that will improve organisational capability and performance.

You will be responsible for the L&D Strategy, Leadership Development and Graduate Development.

You will be a proven L&D specialist with the ability to engage and support the current HR network as well as keeping the business updated on any developments in the field of Learning & Development.

You MUST have previous experience of developing a company-wide learning & development strategy, a track record of designing, implementing and evaluating leadership development programmes, Particularly within an international business. You MUST also have previous experience of leading and designing a Learning Management System and in introducing a competency and functional skills based programme as well as evaluating the impact of learning initiatives.

You will have previously worked within the FMCG arena and MUST have international experience. You will also be CIPD or Degree qualified and be flexible to do extensive international travel when required.
